SEVEN STARS IS OPERATED AS A LUXURY FULL SERVICE HOTEL AND RENTALS ARE MADE CENTRALLY FOR ALL UNITS INCLUDING OUR UNIT. OUR CAICOS CORAL SUITE AT CORAL GARDENS REMAINS AVAILABLE FOR DIRECT RENTALS WHERE WE NOW HAVE ONSITE MANAGERS TO ASSIST GUESTS. WE HAVE SWITCHED OUR HOME PAGE PHOTOS TO OUR SUITE AT CORAL GARDENS.

Vacation Rental directly from Owner at Coral Gardens Resort Suite 4205 where we have a second floor two level, one bedroom beachfront apartment. At Coral Gardens you can snorkel right from the beach. CAICOS CORAL: We have a two level beachfront one bedroom unit at Coral Gardens where you can stay comfortably at the western part of Grace Bay Beach, with great views and the island’s best snorkeling right off of our beach. Enjoy tasteful luxury accommodation on Grace Bay Beach at this large renovated second floor full ocean view fully equipped, very private, one bedroom apartment at Coral Gardens. Unit is on two levels with bedroom and ensuite upstairs. The Island's best snorkeling from the shore is at Coral Gardens with The Bight Reef steps away, right off our beach. The Somewhere Café is also on site open all day and into the night. Magnificent balcony view. A large private bedroom is on the upper level with an ensuite bathroom. There is a main level powder room, full kitchen, and large living/dining room on lower level. We are switching to on site management of the unit and guests will have more services available to them commencing April 2024.

CAICOS ROYAL: The new location of the Caicos Royal Suite is now at Seven Stars Resort . We have left the Royal West Indies Resort. All of the units at the Royal West Indies Resort are privately owned condominiums with most of them rented out by resort management and a few including our beachfront units were rented out directly by their owners. The condominium owners voted with a required two thirds majority to amend the bylaws at the annual meeting in November 2023 to stop owners from renting out their units. As a result rental by owner is being stopped as of July 1, 2024 and we are selling our units and leaving the resort then after honoring all direct rentals up until the deadline. All future rentals of under 90 days at RWI will have to be through the management company. The Caicos Royal Suite has relocated to the Seven Stars Resort which has always been an exclusive centrally managed condominium hotel, and you may rent our unit or others at Seven Stars, through the hotel using our referral, to get a discount for Coral Gardens rentals from us.

CONSTRUCTION NEXT TO CORAL GARDENS: There has been a vacant lot construction site next to us at Coral Gardens for several years. Work is underway now to construct the Hyatt Andaz Resort and there is ongoing construction now. There was a lot of noise but they have been working more quietly lately following the initial construction. The view of the beach to the left of us is being greatly reduced by the new structures.

We offer a full refund or rescheduling for any unused dates if you cancel or leave our Coral Gardens suite early due to a hurricane warning and related airport closures and flight cancellations for the Island of Providenciales.
